THEATRE MENU
When booking a table between 5pm and 6pm, by request we have the opportunity to serve our dishes to suit a busy schedule. We serve it a little quicker, so you have plenty of time to reach the theatre.
On 2 September 2024, Star Wine List held an event in Copenhagen where the winner of the best "short list" was chosen. Ewalds was awarded a Silver Star along with five other restaurants. Jury members, Julie Dupouy-Young, stated: "The depth of knowledge and passion it takes to create all of these lists – be they short or long – is evident, and greatly appreciated."
Krister Bengtsson, publisher of Star Wine List stated: "The range and knowledge of the Danish wine scene is second to none, all the way from the natural wine bars to bistros and the most prestigious fine dining. It was fun to see new names among the finalists and winners too - congratulations to all who made it."
