Søren Ewald Fossum has dreamed of opening EWALDS here at Frederiksberg since he, as a kid was apprenticed to his grandfather, the butcher Slagter Lund.
At EWALDS you get Søren's favorite dishes prepared with inspiration from the times in the kitchens at Le Sommelier, Gorilla and Bistro Central.
When friends or family gather to enjoy themselves, it is always good to start with a drink, a glass of cold beer or a good wine! Ewalds has a selection of modern and classic drinks, including our popular G&T of the Month. Ewalds also offers a good selection of local beers from Nørrebro Bryghus or good wines from our handpicked wine list.
