It is with a sad mood that we unfortunately had to make a decision to go on an extended Christmas holiday.
Ewalds has been hit by Corona on the staff side and we want to take care of our staff.
In these times, we have a special responsibility for our staff, guests and family.
We thank you for a really nice, but far too short 2021, and we are really looking forward to seeing you again in 2022.
For anyone who has ordered the New Year's menu, there is no change. You can safely pick up your ordered food on 31st December 2021.
See you in 2022, when hopefully there are more lenient restrictions.

Søren Ewald Fossum has dreamed of opening EWALDS here at Frederiksberg since he, as a kid was apprenticed to his grandfather, the butcher Slagter Lund.
At EWALDS you get Søren's favorite dishes prepared with inspiration from the times in the kitchens at Le Sommelier, Gorilla and Bistro Central.
When friends or family gather to enjoy themselves, it is always good to start with a drink, a glass of cold beer or a good wine! Ewalds has a selection of modern and classic drinks and Ewalds also offers a good selection of local beers from Nørrebro Bryghus or good wines from our handpicked wine list.
