Søren Ewald Fossum has dreamt of opening EWALDS in Frederiksberg since he was a young aspiring chef: being greatly inspired by his grandfather, Butcher Lund.
At EWALDS, you get a range of Søren’s favourite dishes, influenced by his time in the kitchens of Le Sommelier, Gorilla, and Bistro Central.
Every gathering of family and friends deserves a few drinks to start with! Ewalds has a vibrant selection of modern and classic drinks, including our delicious G&T of the month. Ewalds also offer a range of locally sourced draught beer and a handpicked wine list to enjoy.

Ewalds is open weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 11am and weekends (Sat-Sun) from 10am.
The kitchen opens simultaneously, but is closed between 4pm and 5pm.
Monday - Thursday Ewalds closes at 10pm, Friday and Saturday at 11pm, and Sunday at 5pm.
The kitchen closes Monday - Saturday at 9pm and Sunday at 4pm.
