EWALDS CHRISTMAS LUNCH MENU 2024

True to tradition, Ewalds will serve Christmas lunch menu every day from Friday, November 22nd, 2024 through Sunday, December 22nd, 2024.

Reservations for the Christmas menu - lunch or evening - must be made by e-mail, info@ewalds-frb.dk.

Please remember that we have our Ewalds Chambre Séparée, where we can entertain groups of 14-36 persons for separate Christmas lunches.

CHRISTMAS DISHES

  • Burned salmon – lemon – rye bread – crudité
  • Duck sausage – pommes mousseline – pickled brown beech mushrooms (Shimeji) – duck gravy
  • Duck breast - onion puree - Jerusalem artichokes - red cabbage - port wine glace
  • Chocolate crémeux – cherry sorbet – pickled cherries – dried yoghurt

NEW YEAR'S EVE BEYOND THE USUAL

Also in 2024, Ewalds will stay open on New Year's Eve. We will create a festive menu with the option of a delicious wine menu. Or you can simply choose the wine from our wine list.

The evening will start between 18 and 19. We will take you safely through a pleasant evening with delicious dishes and wine in true Ewalds fashion.

The evening ends at 23:30, where you will be sent off with a huge wish for a happy New Year.

The New Year menu will be determined in September/October 2024 at which time it also will be possible to make reservations vis DinnerBooking.dk.

EWALDS NEW YEAR'S CATERING MENU 2024

Also in 2024, Ewalds will make a New Year's menu, which must be pre-ordered for collection on 31st December between 13:00 and 14:00.

Pre-ordering and payment will be possible from September/October 2024 via DinnerBooking.dk.
